The Ask

To integrate the overarching 20th anniversary theme into all RRA Internal and external communication plans. Convey messages about RRA’s impact as a revenue collector to target the various stakeholders and with the use of a variety of internal and external media.

DEVELOPMENT BANK OF RWANDA

The Ask

BRD was seeking to see the uptake of 6,000 mortgages under the RHFP by the year 2023. In light of raising awareness on the mortgage in Rwanda, iBlue Concepts, was contracted to run the communications strategy of the campaign for two years. The ongoing campaign is “Gira Iwawe” and is aimed at helping low income earners own houses at only 11% interest rate.

The Solution

  • Educated the market on the RHFP product and its value and to dispel misconceptions as we enhanced awareness around the same
  • Defined the narrative around the RHFP to and ensured a clear and consistent message is drive across all target segments
  • Drove consideration and created interest and finally uptake of the product
